- Can I start with just one product?
- Yes. Every product works on its own, and you can add more at any time — data and users carry across the platform, so growing never means migrating.
- How does the volume discount work?
- Pricing is per product, and the effective per-product rate drops as you add more. The full 17-product suite earns the deepest discount.
- Do you offer on-prem deployment?
- Yes — run fully on-prem or in a private cloud, including the LabAI copilot with local retrieval so your data never leaves your environment.
- Is the platform validated for GxP?
- Audit trails and e-signatures aligned to 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 are built into every module. A validation package (IQ/OQ/PQ) is available for regulated deployments.
