Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide and support the platform. Customer lab data stays within your tenant (or fully on-premises, if you self-host) and is never sold or shared. A full privacy policy is provided during procurement and on request.
Terms
Use of Introva Labs is governed by a master services agreement covering licensing, support, uptime and data ownership. Terms are tailored per deployment (cloud or on-prem) and shared during contracting.
Security & compliance
Role-based access control, SSO/SAML, tamper-evident audit trails and 21 CFR Part 11 / EU Annex 11 electronic signatures are built into the platform. Multi-tenant data isolation is enforced at the API layer; on-prem deployment keeps all data inside your network. A security overview and questionnaire responses are available for evaluation.
